The name Amie, meaning "friend," reflects Gigi Winters' approach to building meaningful, supportive relationships that promote wellness for her clients. As a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in injury recovery and pain management, Gigi is committed to providing personalized care to meet each individual's needs. After graduating from the Louisiana Institute of Massage Therapy, she expanded her expertise through ongoing education in various therapeutic techniques.

Gigi is an active member of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association, where she works to elevate the massage therapy profession and serve the community. She utilizes a range of methods, including deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, cupping, scraping, Thai stretching, and mobilization, to help clients achieve lasting relief.

Outside of her practice, Gigi enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, reading, and being involved in her church.
